Features

This machine uses Japan's Mitsubishi PLC and human-machine interface touch screen, using Japan Yaskawa YASK servo motor, Japan SMC cylinder, Germany FESTO solenoid valve, Japan Omron OMRON sensor, Japan THK linear guide and so on.
The stripping method is different from the conventional cutting machine, which makes full use of the principle of the knife holder movement. As a stripping action, the thick cables of large super-hard wires such as AWG0000, AWG000, AWG00, AWG0 and AWG1 can be easily solved. The issue of exploitation is an industrial revolution in the history of wire processing. It can accurately cut and not damage the inner core wire, and the speed is fast and the stripping head is neat and standardized.
